The Sacred Reset

Full Nervous-System Ritual in Your Home

A full nervous system reset : assisted stretch on a professional table, red light therapy, yoni steam, and herbal tea; brought to your home. Available throughout Western KY, Nashville TN, and Chattanooga TN.

What a Sacred Reset Session Includes

Professional Massage Table Assisted Stretch

You lie down. Hay guides your body through a full assisted stretch sequence: hips, lower back, shoulders, neck, fascia release; on a professional-grade portable massage table she brings to you. This is not a workout. It's assisted, passive, and deeply restorative. Your only job is to breathe and let go.

Red Light Therapy

A professional-grade standing red light lamp runs throughout your session. Red light therapy at the wavelengths used in professional devices supports tissue repair, reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and has emerging evidence for mood and energy regulation. For postpartum bodies — healing tissue, pelvic recovery, general inflammation — it is a meaningful addition to the bodywork.

Yoni Steam With Custom Herbal Blend

A traditional practice rooted in indigenous healing across cultures worldwide. Hay uses a custom WSS herbal blend : rosemary, lavender, calendula, mugwort, red raspberry leaf, motherwort, chamomile, and rose petals; chosen for their individually researched properties and their combined effect on the female body. The steam portion typically runs 20-30 minutes while you relax with your herbal tea.

Herbal Tea Service

The same WSS custom blend in tea form; brewed and served warm. Just something real and nourishing to enjoy while your body settles.

Closing Nervous System Audio Reset

The session closes with a guided audio practice: breathwork and a body scan while you're still on the table. This is the transition that makes the experience complete rather than abrupt.

About the Yoni Steam

Yoni steaming is an ancient wellness practice with roots in indigenous healing traditions all over the world.

For centuries, women used herbal steam as a form of self-care for reproductive health, postpartum recovery, and cyclical ritual. It has returned to modern wellness as more and more women remember and reclaim something their great-grandmothers knew.

A note on the science: yoni steaming is a traditional practice. Like many traditional wellness practices, it is not extensively studied in clinical settings. The benefits described below reflect traditional use, reported practitioner experience, and reasonable physiological rationale — not FDA-approved medical claims. This is a self-care and wellness practice, not a medical treatment.

Who it's for:

For postpartum mothers

(after all active bleeding has stopped — typically 6+ weeks)

The most ancient and widespread application of yoni steaming across cultures is postpartum recovery. Traditionally used to support the uterus in returning to its pre-pregnancy size, aid in releasing residual postpartum fluids, support healing of perineal tissue and vaginal tears, and restore warmth to a body that has given an enormous amount. The herbs used in the WSS blend: calendula, yarrow, motherwort, red raspberry leaf; have traditional use specifically for this phase.

For menstrual support

Many women use steaming in the pre-menstrual phase or between cycles for support with: cramping and pelvic tension, irregular or inconsistent cycles, heavy flow or dark clotted blood at cycle onset, bloating and fatigue associated with menstruation, and reconnection to cyclical rhythm. Steam is not used during active menstruation — only between cycles.

For perimenopause and menopause

Vaginal dryness, pelvic tension, discomfort during intimacy, and the general sense of disconnection from the body that can accompany hormonal transition are areas where many women report benefit from regular steaming. The warmth and herbs work together to increase local circulation and support tissue suppleness.

For general reproductive wellness

Yoni steaming has traditional use for: supporting conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids (as a complement to medical care, not a replacement); reducing recurrent yeast infections and restoring vaginal microbiome balance; supporting scar tissue from c-sections or episiotomies; increasing libido and pelvic floor connection; and the often-overlooked benefit of simply reconnecting to a part of the body that has been through a great deal.

For emotional and somatic healing

This is the benefit most difficult to quantify and most consistently reported. Sitting quietly over warm herbal steam; with no phone, no children to attend to, no tasks to complete; is an act of deliberate attention to a part of the body that is rarely given any. Many women report a sense of emotional release, grief moving through, or a quality of restoration they struggle to name. The nervous system responds to being cared for deliberately, even when the care is simple.

Wabi Sabi Sage Herbal Blend

What's in it & Why

Rosemary — antimicrobial, stimulates circulation, supports clearing of old fluids and tissue. Warming and clarifying.

Lavender — anti-inflammatory, relaxing, supports pelvic muscle tension release and emotional calm. One of the most researched herbs for nervous system support.

Calendula — soothing and anti-inflammatory, specifically valued for perineal healing, tissue repair, and sensitivity. Gentle enough for the most tender postpartum tissue.

Mugwort — the foundational yoni steam herb across most traditional cultures. Antimicrobial, warming, traditionally used to stimulate circulation and support uterine health. The herb that opens the pores for the other herbs to work.

Red Raspberry Leaf — traditionally used as a uterine tonic. Rich in minerals including iron and magnesium. Especially valued in postpartum and pre-menstrual phases.

Motherwort — traditionally used for uterine toning and emotional steadiness. Has traditional use for calming the nervous system. Well suited to the postpartum season.

Chamomile — called the grandmother herb in many herbal traditions. Anti-inflammatory, deeply calming, supports cramping and tension. The herb that makes the entire blend smell like safety.

Rose petals — astringent, uplifting, emotionally supportive. Rose has been used in women's healing traditions across almost every culture for its gentle opening quality.
