Live Sunday Session - 9-10pmCST (Members)
The core of your week. Guided mobility and fascia work, mindset coaching, healthy habit anchoring, and a closing nervous system reset. Live, together, at the one time of the week that's actually yours. Replay available if you miss.
Tuesday Drop (Members 7-day access)
A pre-recorded session dropped into your membership. Watch it when your kids nap, after bedtime, whenever it fits. Available for 7 days — then it releases to make room for the next one. This is your accountability mechanism built in.


Thursday Drop (Members 7-day access)
Same format, different focus. Alternates between movement-forward and mindset-forward sessions depending on the week. Seven days. Then gone.
This isn't a fitness class. It's a nervous system practice.
