No refunds will be issued for:

Reset Bundles
Coaching programs
Group coaching programs
Payment plans
Community memberships or access periods

By purchasing, you understand and agree that:

You are responsible for completing all payment obligations.
Failure to participate does not cancel your payment commitment.
Payment plans are not subscriptions and may not be canceled early.

4. BECOMING HER PROGRAM TERMS

Enrollment in Becoming Her grants access to:

* Pre-recorded educational materials

* Group coaching calls

* Community discussion spaces

* Downloadable resources

* Program support materials

Enrollment is for one individual only and may not be shared.

Program access is granted for the specified program duration and any stated access period.

Wabi Sabi Sage reserves the right to:

Modify program schedules
Reschedule live calls when necessary
Update curriculum or materials
Remove participants who violate community standards without refund

Participation in live coaching does not establish a therapist-client, medical-provider, or counseling relationship.

5. PAYMENT PLANS

If you select a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

By enrolling in a payment plan:

You authorize recurring charges for the agreed payment amounts.
You understand that failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to programs or materials.
Outstanding balances may be sent to collections or pursued through lawful recovery methods if necessary.

15. CIRCLE OF CARE SPONSORED ENROLLMENTS

Certain Wabi Sabi Sage products and programs may include an optional “Circle of Care” sponsored enrollment purchase option, allowing customers to purchase an additional gifted access spot for another mother or participant.

Sponsored enrollments may apply to:

Digital products
Reset bundles
Educational resources
Coaching programs
Becoming Her program enrollments

Customers who select a Circle of Care option may either:

Gift the sponsored access directly to an individual of their choosing, or
Request that Wabi Sabi Sage match the sponsored enrollment with a recipient selected at the Company’s discretion.

Sponsored enrollments:

Have no cash value
Are non-refundable
Are non-transferable once issued
May not be exchanged for credit or alternate services

Wabi Sabi Sage reserves the right to:

Approve or deny scholarship recipients
Determine eligibility for sponsored access
Modify or discontinue sponsored enrollment offerings at any time

Gifted recipients are subject to the same Terms & Conditions, community guidelines, payment policies, intellectual property protections, and participation expectations as all other customers and participants.

Circle of Care sponsored enrollments are intended to foster community support, accessibility, and collective care within the Wabi Sabi Sage ecosystem.
